Colour-blocking
The weather has cooled down a bit thanks to the intermittent thunderstorms we’ve been getting, but in the afternoons when the sun is up, it does still get quite humid. I have been relying on my bermuda shorts a lot lately (click HERE for more outfit ideas!), mainly because I could not resist its rich hue.
I often avoid lengthier shorts because it never worked well with my… *ahem* … proportions. Surprisingly, I could get away with this one probably because it ends right above my knees; anything below would definitely put me in hobbit territory!
Initially, I planned this outfit with white accessories, but decided not to use a bag in favour of being more hands-free. I never regret a bagless outfit, except when I have time to document it properly for the blog, haha!
For the final touch, of course I stuck with my own favourite styling trick; matching my lipstick, in this case, to both my shorts and earrings!
